Black, blue and gold maxi dress in a batik-like fabric.  The dress has full 3/4 sleeves with banded cuffs at the wrists, a wide banded waist with horizontal striped fabric and a V neckline with small ruffled collar with two tassels.  The skirt is tiered with a combination of large floral and horizontal floral and stripe banding.
