Sundress with open V collar with ruffle trim with blue and white tassels, puff half sleeves and multiple ruffled hem.  Fabric is primarily light pink with white polka dots, coral and royal blue sea shells and sea life.  Hem and sleeve detail includes solid coral banding as well as light blue and white stripes.  Accented with a two-tone coral striped belt.
